We originally had issues with Sela, but after complaining, they eventually got everything fixed the right way. The installers (especially Caleb) were really fantastic. One thing though, make sure you study the sketch on the contract to insure that it's graphed out properly. If after installing the gutters, the graph doesn't work on your actual home, it's a bit of a struggle to get them to fix the issue without additional expense. Word to the wise...when contacting them for a bid, make sure you request a salesperson who has actually done installation work in the past to insure you get it done right the first time. Jason, the supervisor, got everything worked out in the end... and we were very happy with the result. In fact, Jason even came out on site to help make the repairs himself and provided us with a gift card for any perceived misunderstanding. To me, that's above and beyond... Definitely recommend them. The end results were really great.

We needed a new roof. Sela Roofing came to our house when they said they would (no delays). The estimator gave us his bid when expected. The job was done in ONE day. The cleanup was fantastic. I will use Sela for remodelling when the time comes.

Sela dealt with my siding manufacturer warranty claim and handled all the leg work for me. All I had to do was pick out a color which was very convenient. Also the work crew was very profesional and quality minded.

Our work with Sela was done while we were on vacation and it was so nice to come back to a new roof and garage doors. We had complete trust in Sela to do this work and were impressed with the results. We would definately recommend and use Sela again.

We had a good experience with Sela. Two layers of singles were removed and replaced from start to finish in a day and a half. We were impressed with the quick completion and quality of the clean up. The old gutters were also removed and replaced. The gutter guys were done in 4 hours and they modified the downspouts to facilitate the rain barrels we had purchased this year and they left us with the additional pieces needed to extend the spouts in the fall. Price wise, after getting three bids, Sela was in the middle with one higher and one lower. We decided to go with Sela because of its greater resources. All together, from our contact with the first salesman through completion of the project, we had conversations with seven employees. I found them to be professional in their communications and helpful in completing the project to our satisfaction. Overall, we have a great looking roof and gutter system at a price we could afford.

Our roof was old and in bad shape. Sela gave us a reasonable bid and did the work. They were fairly efficient - job done in 3 days, not 2 due, I guess, to the complete tear off. They did an excellent job at clean up and protecting plantings,etc. The only real downside was the cost ended up being nearly $1,500 more than I had anticipated.

Sela employees were very easy to work with and we understood everything right from the start. Joe in sales was very professional and walked us through everything. The roof was done in two days and the yard and driveway were cleaned up so nice. I like that they had an additional person come out to inspect the finished project and walk us through the payment info.

I was a little hesitant with this dark green/black roof color but it looks fantastic with our off white color on our siding and forest green trim.

From our 1st visit with Jared to the 1 day tear off and install of our new roof Sela has been great to work with. They were flexible with scheduling and worked with us to get the insurance paperwork filed. I would use them again for any future project we may have.

When I discovered I had defective shingles and had to put a new roof on my less than 8 year old house, a friend at work recommended Sela. My experience with Sela has been very positive. My calls were returned promptly and my questions answered thoroughly. The workers did a great job. They protected the shrubs and yard and did a great job of clean up. They started at 7:30 and were done by 5:00 and did both the house and the garage.

The wbole process was fast and painless. I was especially impressed with the warranty . They really stand by both their work and materials.

We had some minor storm damage, and Sela helped us get the insurance company to pay totally for a new roof and siding. They were great to work with, on time, helped us with many choices of materials and colors, it was easy to work with them. We asked for and called a few references, everybody had positive reviews. The workers were experienced, detailed, and the house looks great and they cleaned up amazingly well. I can only say good things about Sela, we had a very good experience.

My old roof had reached the end of its road, so I got several bids for a total new roof (removal of old, repair whatever is needed underneath, ice barrier, new flashing, etc.). Sela was pretty much in the middle price-wise, and I liked the fact that they're a big company with track record and a real place I can go to if anything goes wrong (I wouldn't trust my roof to one of those roving fly-by-night companies). They offered excellent warranty too, which I thought was very important. I called several of their references and they had nothing but good things to say, so I gave them the project.
They arrived at about 8am, and by 4:30pm they were gone, the yard was clean and free of debris and nails (I did find a couple a few days later, but I don't think anyone can pick up ALL the nails). The foreman was there for most of the day, but the crew was working like they really knew their stuff. I have only good things to say about my experience with Sela Roofing: Great price, quality work, on time, clean, curteous. I highly recommend them!

After the storms came last summer, my husband and I were a little confused on how an insurance claim worked. When the salesman came out to give us an estimate, he explained everything to us in great detail. He was the only one out of the other contractors we called, who took the time to explain to us how insurance worked. (Looked like a foregin language to me.) Once the work started, we were amazed at how little time it took for the guys to finish. We couldn't believe how nice it looked! It felt like we had a whole new house! They even got us new siding! It seemed that they really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. And the crew cleaned up so well when they were done. We couldn't be happier. We recommended Sela to all of our friends and neighbors.

I hired Sela after the storm ripped through our neighborhood. Sela was wonderful. They met with our insurance company and got us a whole house of siding after the insurance company said it was not damaged. They also were able to work with them to maximize our claim. They worked with us from the start to finish and even took care of the billing with our mortgage company. I will use Sela again and I have told many neighbors and friends. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to share my wonderful experience

Guys...welcome to the former Sela customer fraternity. I wish I would have checked them on watch dog websites before hiring...there are lots of complaints and I could've saved myself the headache. Call the Attorney General on them if (when) you have problems. Lots of good contractors in town...no sense going with a stinker like this one.

We had the worst experience with this company. Our home was damaged in a hailstorm - after the initial consultation there was very little follow-up, the salesman filled in the contract details without our consent and many of the items in the contract were incorrect. The work itself was very poor quality: nails pounded through the vinyl siding, nails through the weep holes, siding didn't line up evenly, installed the wrong electrical boxes, installed damaged pieces of siding, aluminum fascia looked like it was cut with a scissors, etc, etc. Our yard was littered with cigarette butts, dozens of nails and random scrap everywhere. Laborers used our trees to wipe off silicon and caulk guns. Customer service was horrible - the project "manager" is rude on the phone and doesn't even try to help solve the problem. Save yourself the trouble - scratch this hack operation off your list and go with someone else - anyone else.
