This company is the worse! This company was called in to pick up my car for a tow after I had a flat tire. The tow went fine up until the driver backed into my car and left without a notice on my car or a call back to say he did it! I understand that it's an accident and he probably didn't mean to do it, but the fact remains YOU DID! I will NEVER EVER use this company for anything! I pray God's justice prevails!

I took my vehicle in for inspection/service on a Sat morning around 0800. I called for a status the following Tuesday since no one from the shop ever called me. I was giving some bullcrap and was told someone whould call me the next day (Wed) to explain, nobody ever called! I called on Thursday and was told what needed to be done to the vehicle and was infomed someone would call me back. They never called! I went to the shop on the following Sat and explained I needed the vehicle by 04/13/2011 so that I can get it inspected (emmision). Someone called me on 04/12/11 and stated they would leave the key so that I can pick the car up and get it inspected. I went to the shop on the evening of 04/12/11, and the attendant could not be locate the car key. Also, my car was blocked in by another vehicle anyway. At the time of this writing, I have not heard from anyone in the shop regarding the status of my vehicle.

What kind of shop are you'll running? No professionalism, or customer service whatsoever. I'll never by snacks, gas, oil, air, tow or anything else from the Service Station!!!!!!!!!!

1 of the employees pretended to be the owner to deal with a matter about a repair that they falsely diagnosed and "fixed". On the internet there are countless claims of a fuel pump issue with my vehicle but they failed to even point out that that could be one of the issues. They were very unprofessional and lacked any customer service etiquette. Moments like this only makes it very easy to see why America has failed in countless industries. Business is almost synonymous with thievery. No one takes pride in being honest. I will be writing a letter to the Regional Manager/hire ups who actually have something to lose. Maybe Channel 7 or Channel 4 would love to do another investigation piece on crooked auto repair facilities.
