Called to discuss appointment time for termite contact. The woman on the phone was short and rude. She had no information on the contract and would only provide me with ""what do you want"" and ""No I can not give you anymore information"" I would not recommend this company, they are not worth trying to deal with. I would give them a 0 star rating if that was possible.

\nI called to discuss an active termite contract after I purchased my home. I asked what would need to be done to renew and add general pest control. The receptionist was very cold and simply asked ""what do you want to do"". I didn't know, and was hoping to be offered various products. I was not. Lucky for me a day or two later another company stopped by my house and proved to be professional and reliable. Traits this company is lacking. I recommend any other company.

The receptionist was very cold and simply asked ""what do you want to do"". I didn't know, and was hoping to be offered various products. I was not. Pros: treatment specialists are polite and thourough

I was calling around to get prices for a termite inspection and called this company...At first the lady was nice and took a bunch of info from me. I told her I needed the inspection asap and she told me my settlement was too far out and if I scheduled now my inspection would probably expire. She told me to call my realtor first to make sure BUT she had a 7:30 am appt for 7/28 (which wouldn't work for me anyway), I said I would call my agent FIRST to be sure about whole expiration thing. (I never agreed to a date/time or even them doing my inspection) I called my agent she gave me another company and I went with them instead. This morning @ 8:30 I get a call from ""Mike"" saying he was here for my appt. I told him I didn't have an appt and he replied ""Yes, you do!"", I informed him that my inspection was already done. He proceeds to say ""Well, why do I have an appt to be here at 7:30am?!"" (mind you it's 8:30am) I explain to ""Mr. Mike"" that when I called I never actually set an appointment. So he keeps asking me ""why did I have an appt ""and he get frustrated and starts becoming every rude with me. So I said, ""Look I don't have an appt so I don""t know what to tell. Have a nice day."" and I hang up..... he calls back (this is where it really gets nasty)... He shouts ""Why did you hang up on me!!! I drove all the way out here for nothin'!!! I'm gonna bill you for wasting my F@CKING time!!!"" and hangs up on me. I quickly go to find the office number to complain and tell them about this awful ""customer service""... and of course it gets worse. I very politely explain my situation to the lady that answers the phone, she puts me on hold for about 5 mins and another lady picks and asked me what I was calling for, as I begin to explain my story to her, she cut me off and asks me well why did you make an appt. Then she proceeds to be rude and nasty and she hangs up on me. I call back to speak to a manager and she says call back at 1pm to speak to a manager ""Mr. Mike Barnes"" and she then says to me ""He said you had termites anyway so live with that!!!"" (which is a BIG FAT LIE because I already had a quality thorough and polite home and termite inspection by a highly recommended company) .... I can't believe this place is still in business, talking to customers (potential or actual) this way!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to even my worst enemy. If I could rate company a NEGATIVE 100 stars I would!!! They FAILED the first rule of customer service be polite and friendly!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!
