R.O.C.A.C.P. stands for Reclaiming Our Children and Community Project and is located in southwest Baltimore and serves the entire city and surrounding areas. The goal is to provide community outreach services for children, youth, and families that suffer from substance abuse, mental abuse, and physical abuse, and those who come from dysfunctional homes. R.O.C.A.C.P. hopes to strengthen the bonds of family and community by offering youth well-rounded programming to set them up for success. For youth, there are after school programs, summer programs, and a credit recovery program which enables teens who have dropped out of school a chance to receive a high school diploma. There are also programs for families, such as outpatient mental health services, crisis intervention and family strengthening sessions.
