5 Stars: Faidley's Seafood (by Carole B.)

I marked this world class because of the crab cakes. The best in the world. All lump crab with no filling. While other restaurants in Baltimore have good crab cakes, none can compare with Faidley's.

5 Stars: World's BEST Lump Crab Cakes - honest (by M. W.)

Faidley Seafood is best known for is its award winning lump crab cakes. When you eat your first one you will admit that they must sell the world's best lump crab cakes by far! It comes from an old family recipe the owner's claim that dates back to the 1890 or so. We have been ordering for special occasions these lump crab cakes for years now once we found out they do ship. Of course they are expensive when shipping since they will only ship them overnight to you for next morning delivery. But if your in Baltimore, it's worth the stop in to get them even fresher. When we drive to NJ we sometimes make it a point to stop here - eat and take some back home. The family that owns and runs this place are very nice and friendly people.
