.

My car was involved in a hit and run (front fender drivers side). After calling the police and making a report, I called my car insurance agency. They advised me I can take my car close by my home to Anderson, where they can ""guarantee the fix"" as well as have an insurance adjuster on site. So off I went. They were very courteous and helpful and quick.(Yea!) They kept more informed everyday. I was thrilled.\nThey called and said (after 4 days) your car is ready. So I go to get the car. It had some places that should have been painted but were not, so back to the rental car. Another week passes and it is now ready. Back I go. I asked if they had put the car up on a lift to make sure everything underneath was in good order. Oh yes, because we had to replace the wheel, hubcaps, etc. So I thank them and am on my way. \nAs I am driving I notice some parking change is missing, some dollar bills I keep to give to the homeless are missing and my brand new Entertainment coupon book is gone from the glove compartment. But figure it was my fault I should not have left it. \nThe bigger issue is I take my car to my mechanic to have it checked out as I am going on a vacation and will be driving about 12 hours. Oh gee! the strut on the drivers side is leaking out all the fluid, where it was hit. Thankfully I had the good sense to have the basic things checked before I leave. Andersons quality department sucks.
