Total lack of management and poor customer service. My gf is visually impaired and relies on this service to get to work and they run sometimes an hour late. Somedays they are there in twenty minutes but then will leave after two minutes

According to my daughter Jimmy Cab is terrible. The driver had a GPS but ask her how to get to her house. The whole time it was on and he was on the phone. She said never again.

Always nearly on time. They call ahead to let you know they have arrived. Valley and County cab have almost got me fired on different occassions because of their lateness to arrive. I only use Jimmy's here in Owings Mills now.

I just moved to Baltimore, and have been using this cab company because it was suggested by the manegement of were I'm renting.

Today I've had with the company and have started to look around for some other taxi companies that are not managed by the same company that manages Jimmy's cab.

The clerks that gets your call are tied to a 4 question script. If they don't understand you, it is very probably that you will be hunged up. I do have to say that there have been some that are very polite, but those are the few ones. When the cab is on time, they call to see if it has arrived, but when the cab is more than late, you do not receive a call.

Yesterday the cab never arrived to pick me up. Lucky me that I got a ride home. Today, I Had to walk not once, but twice (30 minute walk, and 40 min walk throug a dangerous road) because after waiting for over an hour the cab never arrived. And worse, when I tried to call them back, I would go into their recorded message, but once (to my guess) someone picked the call, had no respose.

Most of the drivers are polite and do apologize when they are late, they make conversation and make the ride more enjoyable. But there are some others that are on the phone, speaking with someone in another language, and for me it is disrespectful to the passenger.

Also, most drivers, won't have change for fractions of a dollar and will take the change as a tip, even when they have not earn it. If the fare ended in a 0.20 fraction and I pay with an extra dollar for that fraction, I would expect my 0.80 cents back, specially after waiting for hours.

If you live in Balt. County and there is no choice, then you will have to use it. But be prepared to arrive late or plan ahead, at least 2 hours spare time.

Their customer service is excellent. Get here right away. Smooth and quick ride. Good price. Very nice drivers and customer service representatives. It's the only cab service I use. Really recommend it to every one!!!!!

if I were trying to catch a train or a flight this morning, I would have missed it.

It is totally unacceptable. When someone finally called us back to find out if they had the wrong address, he was equally as rude and just hung up on us with no explanation or apology.

So now, after, 45 minutes, we are still waiting.

Everytime I call the cab for a guest to be picked up I get struck by inconsiderate unproffessional and extremely rude people talking to me. First of all, they don't say neither Hello, nor Goodbye. And I'm not even expecting a "thank you" from them. They always hang up on me before I'm done talking, always! And I'm not exaggerating! They interrupt me in the conversation and have no customer service skills. I have never complained, but this is getting too far! Today a person on the phone from Jimmy's Cab interrupted me while I was telling the address and said: You don't have to yell in my ear, I can hear you! then he hang up on me! i don't recommend this cab service to anyone! Let them learn how to speak to clients first!
