Had purchased a car over 2 years ago have enjoyed the car with no problems. I had to file bk on the vehicle and could not payments for over a year. I started making payments after a few months ago after I got out of the BK and Dusti called from the office saying she would recontract me to avoid any late fees and not repo the vehicle. I could not believe they helped me out like this and I will be back to but another car from. These people really helped me when I was going thru some tough times. Thanks to everyone at Braddock Motors!

Very nice place to buy a vehicle with credit issues. My wife and I are trying to reestablish our credit after being unemployed for over a year. They got us financed with no money down--to our surprise! Very happy with our new Trailblazer!

Have been a customer for many years and have purchased 5 vehicles from them. I have had very good luck with them being very reliable and have serviced them religiously. Change oil every 3k miles and have had no problems other than brakes and tires. Very friendly people in service and sales.

Credit was not an issue for me and I was very surprised when they had a bank with an interest rate under 3% for my loan. The car has been great with no mechanical issues at all. Very friendly and happy staff to deal with. Highly recommend plus my first oil change is $9.99.

Great staff helped me out in purchasing a car when I was in a pinch. They treated me fairly and with respect. Unlike some of the other stores in frederick. They also stand behind there vehicles with an excellent service center. Would buy from again!!

Just purchased a vehicle from these guys and if you do your research it is quite clear they have a large selection and very competitive pricing. They seem to have many finance options available for me and tried getting me financed at an outside lender with my bad credit. I ended up going with the in house program and was quite impressed how the salesperson treated me regardless of my credit. I also got introduced to one of the owners and was given a contact person to handle any collection or service issues. I see mixed reviews up and down but they have done right with me and I will purchase all my vehicles from them. Thanks to everyone at Braddock Motors for helping me out.

I just wanted to let people really know what a first class dealership experience this was. You must see Kathy Anderson! She helped me out with the purchase of a new vehicle. I was treated very poorly at other dealerships in the area for having some small credit issues but she made me feel at ease and very comfortable with the car buying experience. Shortly after I purchased a 05 Dodge Durango from Kathy, I was taking my daughter to college for the semester in Western Pennsylvania. We were on the turnpike when the vehicle broke down on the weekend and had it fixed at a Mr Tire. They hit me with a whopping $1200 repair bill for repairs on the vehicle. I was in shock and did not even think about calling the warranty company to get it fixed. I called the owner Mike and left a message for him. He called me back shortly and suprisingly told me he would cut a check out to me directly. He apologized to me for the unfortunate problems with the vehicle. By the time I got home from my trip the check was in the mailbox. I couldn't believe how easy it was to deal with them and how they treated me. I called the owner back and thanked him for standing behind there vehicles. I will definitely buy all my vehicles from them in the future and reccommend to all my friends and family.

Don't be fooled. They have horrible customer service and only care about the money they make off you. Do not buy here!! I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. I advise on going to any other dealership in the state of Maryland. I have never been treated as poorly as I was after, of course, I purchased the car not before.

Its very sad to hear this complaint from miss Beverly on the 04 Ford Freestar but its more upsetting that all of the facts are incorrect. The transmission did go out of her vehicle and she had no argument over the transmission getting covered. In fact she had a 2yr or 24000 mile warranty. She had driven over 24000 miles and in fact was out of her warranty. I worked with the warranty company for a couple of weeks trying to get some help from them to make an exception because this customer has always paid us very well. Truth be known! I personally ended up paying for the entire warranty claim myself. Yes it did take several weeks to get the transmission shipped to us and the weather did not help. There was some confusion on the deductible which I took care of and agreed with the customer but I did not add any amount to her existing loan. She did call me at the beginning of june after putting several thousand miles on the transmission and at that time it was out of the warranty on the used transmission. At this point I felt I had done everything I could have. I try to be reasonable and help when I can but I can only do so much. I know we sell the highest quallity used cars of any Buy Here/ Pay Here store around. That being said machines do break and I will try to work with people even when they are out of the warranty.

In addition we do not charge gap as a mandatory item. It is strongly encouraged for your protection when purchasing any vehicle. Most people seem to like having it offered and we have seen great results from it.

August 2008 I purchased a 2004 Ford Freestar mini-van from Braddock Motors at their Gaithersburg location. The sales staff were very friendly and accomodating and made me feel good about my purchase. After 1st month noticed water coming in van, there was a slit in roof where windshield had been replaced improperly. 2nd month, transmission starts leaking, find out 3 out of 4 screw were missing on transmission. This is a vehicle they supposely inspected prior to sale to me. On 12/8/09, my transmission went complete dead on the way to work. I had purchased an extended warranty, after arguing with them for several days, they finally agreed to replace the transmission with a new one, so I had my vehicle towed up to their main office on 12/17/2009. They told me 2 weeks and my van would be done. They kept my vehicle for 8 weeks! I kept calling and calling to see if my car was ready. I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket during that entire time. There was 1 excuse after another as to why my van was not done. We did have a snow, so I allowed time for that. When I decided to just come up there, 30 miles from my house, because I kept being told 1 day it will be ready, 2 days it will be ready, I found the keys sitting on the counter and the van was supposely ready. The contract I signed said $250 deductible for vans, SVU's and trucks, however, the sign on the desk said $100 for cars and vans. I had been told by 3 different people that I would pay $100, so I came with $100. When I got there, they told me I need $250. Let me mention during this time of having my vehicle, they called me for my car payment, which I told them would be late because they had the car and I had to spend all my money on a rental car. They had agreed to me paying later because I was a good payer. So, we argue about the $100 deductible, when the girl tells me she can't release my car back to me because I am behind on my car payments. I ask to speak to the owner. After some discussion, he agrees to give me my vehicle and accept the $100 deductible and add the rest of the deductible to the end of my loan. I get my car and immediately the transmission starts leaking. So I give it back to the dealership again, and I had to get a rental car again, and they kept it for 3 days.

Fast forward to yesterday, June 1, 2010. We are driving and the steering wheel starts acting funny, we get over the railroad tracks to pull over and the bottom of my van including the transmission fall on the ground. We can't move it out of the road, turn it off, or take it out of gear! I start calling the dealership immediately and of course the owner is gone for the day, I have left several messages with everyone and I still have not heard from him. I had the van towed to their Gaithersburg location were it is still sitting, I am out of a car and no one cares. These people have been avoiding me! Finally I get the owner on the phone and he tells me that he doesn't know if these issues are connected and he will not do anything more for me.

Save yourself the headache, whatever you do, don't buy a car from Braddock Motors, they only care when they sale it to you, not when something goes wrong!
