This is a great little place to get a nice cold treat during the summer. They have great service. The people who are working are always friendly. They have some great sugar free choices. I ciouldn't believe the flavor I had was sugar free. Love this place. Remember to bring cash they don't accept plastic.

This tiny walk-up ice cream "stand" in Reisterstown is truly one of Baltimore's hidden gems! I live in Northern Virginia and came across this place in 2006 when visiting friends in Owings Mills.

The Cow has around 40 different flavors of Italian Ice; and their flavors are delicious and the texture is excellent! I believe most of their "Ices" are dairy-free (please ask before ordering). They also have two or three flavors of soft-serve which can be combined with Italian Ice to create a "Gelato."

The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very accommodating. And, for that reason and more, you should definitely place some money in their tip jar because they do a great job and deserve to be rewarded!

Since discovering this place, every time I travel to Baltimore, I make sure to stop and get a treat from "The Cow."
