Negative service experience

Not recommended unless you are candidate for surprise and hassles. Do not call them unless you are sure your car will be fixed by this shop . I found their proposal to repair my car too expensive and declined it. I end up paying hefty towing bill which was supposed to be free and labour charges that was not asked for. My car was repaired by someone else for half the labour charges initially claimed by CART.
