Bob's sales and installation people are genuinely good folks. When discussing the products I was interested in, Gary steered me away from a cool but potentially unreliable door opener (the iDrive) toward a proven product. Together with an awesome door, great torsion spring, and a few gadgets (laser assist, surge protection) - couldn't be happier for just a few more bucks.
