Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for.

I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. I found that their price ($330 for a 4-wheel non-active suspension) was a complete rip-off and every other BMW dealership within 50 miles charged significantly less (including Beverly Hills BMW at $150). I pointed this out to the service adviser who spoke to the manager but the manager wouldn't budge at all on the price. Apparently she didn't care to keep me or the people I know with BMWs as customers. I will certainly not buy my next BMW there or ever get a service there again.

I just have to say that every time I visit BMW located on Brand Blvd I walk out amazed. Every time I make an appt, I get a chance to work with Service advisor Russel. He truly exceeds all the expectations, and I can tell you I have very high standards when it comes to service, since I work for a Financial Institution. Every single time I had promised an hour that the car would be ready, to my surprise I get a call a lot earlier. Please have more staff members like Russel. He truly represents the BMW Brand. Job well done.

I had gone to another dealer before coming to Pacific and the over all quality of the experience at Pacific was far superior. I have taken my BMW to Pacific BMW 3 times and have been treated like crap all 3 times. The first time they kept changing my brake pads over and over again till they figured out that it was the rotors that needed replacement (dumbass techs), second time I took the vehicle in for regular service and they had left tools under me hood near the engine area and they tried to blame it on me. Third visit was yesterday when I dropped my vehicle off and was not given a loaner. I told them that my wife is pregnant and she drives the vehicle and that she visits the doctor for checkups so she need a loaner. They would not give her a loaner till I yelled, spoke to the manager and finally they gave her a piece of crap CIVIC that you need to open the doors manually with a key. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchase a 2006 650 from savage BMW and there has been several times that they dont know what is wrong with it ,keep it for more than two weeks pick it up with the same problem.
I called Pacific BMW and they did fixed and not only that but I got a FREE LOANERfrom them even though I did not purchase the vehicle from them. Service is excellent as well as their deals.
dont blame them for defects from manufacture,sometimes it take a while to get updates from The Engineer from Germany.they are train to repair , their are some people that just because they spend few thousands dollars,they expect to be treated as GOD.BMW are built by Humans and they are goig to have defects like any Mercedes bens ,Porches,ferraris or any other expensive car, I will recomend Pacific BMW with my eyes close,keep up the good work.

Today they delivered a demo with 370 miles on it and attempted to trick us into purchasing it. They sent a porter who was rude and pointed to the lease saying that we got the miles back.

Nope, not the car we agreed upon.

Not the deal we?d hammered out.

Not honest, not by a longshot.

Because, Chris in the fleet department, the only thing you really have in this lifetime is your honor and this is not a dealership that employs honorable people.

Too bad because we really enjoyed the last BMW we got there.

Oh well, someone else gets to sell me $120,000 worth of car.

I've owned three BMWs in the last 7 years. This dealership is the closest one to my house. But when it came time to purchase my last car, Pacific BMW wasn't even on my list.

The service department is an atrocity. You will not believe how poorly you will be treated. They tell you one thing on the phone and another in person, after you have already dropped your car off and started on your way. NEVER, EVER, I repeat, EVER consider this dealership for anything. Especially avoid servicing any of your vehicles there. Go to Assael in Monrovia. Ron Demps is a good salesman, far better than any of the urchins at Pacific.
