Saks Fifth Avenue

Compared to other Saks Fifth Avenue locations - I was generally displeased by the customer service here in several departments - the shoe & jewelry department in particular. When they didn't have the Dior sandals I wanted in my size and couldn't get them in time for an event, the salesman didn't bother to mention there was a Dior shop in the mall! (Where I found the shoes, after a shoe salesperson in another store in the mall clued me in). Jewelry/watches can not be returned after 30 days at all. Not even for exchange. I'm fond of gifting watches and I like to purchase jewelry gifts well in advance so I rarely buy them at Saks.
