Warning!!!!! Do not purchase or Lease from this company!!!! They will rip you off. I have never had so much problems from a company like Konica Minolta. I am a Purchasing Dir. for a Fortune 500 company. Our company signed a 60 month lease. 26 color copiers and we have had it for less than 6 months. What a mess this has been an on going issue from the equipment to service. I am currently stuck with 26 color copiers that are all JUNK. When we got it delivered our problems started. First they had delivery issues, not all the copiers were delivered as promised. We got 6 out of 26 delivered. The sales rep to the manager said it would take no longer than 2 weeks. Then they had there excuses saying they had back order issues. It took over 1 1/2 months to complete the deliverey. It was like pulling teeth, not only did the sales rep and manager not follow up with me on the delivery status but they never return any of my calls. After they make there sale they dont care about your needs. What kind of professionals work for this company? Then I find out once the copiers were delivered it was not complete. They were missing some parts and again more excuses. Konica minolta tried to pull a fast one. The install was a disaster. The techs are unprofessional and dont have a clue what they are doing. I will never lease konica minolta again. Too bad I am stuck for 5 years. There service response time is supposed to be less than 3 hours but trust me, if you are lucky you might get service within 2 days. We have had copiers down for days putting our business in a huge jam and loss of productivity. The billing is another concern. Be careful and make sure you read your billing. We have caught many mistakes on the billing. They will try to over bill you and over bill your copy charges "BE CAREFUL!!!!!" The color is so bad on these equipment and I get so many complaints from the users. We should have stayed with Canon, We never had these problems with them ever!
