I have no problem with this Albertson's store. Yes the lines are a bit long sometimes, but the people seem friendly and curteous. I had trouble finding an item and one of the staff members helped me to find what I was looking for. Their prices are great and I like the 10 for 10 specials. Overall I had a good expereince at this Albertson's store

This particular branch of Albertson's is the worst I've visited in the Bay Area. The lines are always long and the cashiers always slow. In order to use your "preferred customer" card in the self-checkout line, you have to physically have the card with you (who can keep track of it?). You can't use your phone number unless an employee helps you. Last time I went (the very last time) they couldn't even find my phone number in their system, despite the fact that they've had it for at least 6 years. Telling them about these problems is met with no response. Trader Joe's is just up the street, but it's a world of difference between the two.
