My family has been most pleased with the flexible hours ad how easily they are able to get my kids to eat food. I recommend Creative Habitat Children's Center.

Creative habitat has longer hours, less closed-days, and serves healthy food which is a great added benefit for working parents. The school was always available for our childcare needs, which I can appreciate after hearing horror stories

Smaller child care center. Better attention for children. Both of our kids really enjoyed it.

My daughter looks forward to going to Miss Michelle's class everyday. They are always doing creative projects and encouraging the kids to be confident and learn.

Creative habitats is nice because it is a smaller facility, so it feels very much like a family setting. My child knew all the teachers, and they all knew her by name.

The staff is loving and warm with our kids. They truly care about the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the children. There is a daily schedule of activities that include both play and academics, as well as nutritious meals.

This is a great school. My daughter attended this preschool and we loved it. The teachers were always friendly and they have a great director. We had concerns that our daughter was shy and we worked with the staff during preschool to build her confidence. The proof of how well she was prepared is how well she did in Kindergarten. She made new friends and did well in class, too. I highly recommend this school.

My son has been at Creative Habitat for about a year. He loves his teacher Ms. Patty and the other teachers are great too. I like that they play outside so much and go for walks when the weather is nice. My son is also a picky eater, but seems to eat everything at school. The parking lot can get full, but there is always plenty of street parking. About 6 months ago when I started to teach my son the alphabet he started reciting the whole thing! He learns so much at school - the alphabet, numbers, songs. They do a lot of crafts as well. I would definitely recommend Creative Habitat to other parents.

I happened upon Creative Habitat thru word of mouth. A co- workers sister in law has her children enrolled there and had nothing but great things to say! I agree with her 110% after having my children there for awhile. The staff is always happy and the kids are in love with all their teachers and even other classroom teachers. I was kind of surprised when I realized how all of the staff knows your childs names and greets them even if they really have no time in the same class with them. It shows how they actually care about your child by going that extra little mile. \r\nPROS:\r\nBest part is all the crafts the kids seem to be doing and of course the learning and just how you see their social skills grow. I feel safe when im work and not always having to worry if my kids are ok. I KNOW they are. 2nd best part, Ms. Christina. My kids are picky except at school. Seems they eat everything! Not very many places offer the menu Creative Habitat does so it was a lovely surprise to know they would be eating great meals made on site and scratch. Not to forget the snacks! Always a good day when extra cookies are in the hall for parents to eat.\r\n\r\nCONS:\r\nParking lot is a pain sometimes but what can you do. Needs more structures for the children, more outside toys. Once again, Ms. Christina. :) Your kids won't have any problem telling you at home ""That's not the way Ms. Christina cooks it!""

We found this place using a mapquest search and we've been really pleased with it. Not only did I need childcare within a specific distance from my work, but I needed one large enough to accommodate twin infants. I had no idea how hard that was until I started making phone calls. Creative Habitat was the first place that was large enough to provide staffing for two 4 month olds. Most of the places I called only had room for 4 kids up to 2 years old, and didn't even have openings for 2 of them at once. \r\nMy boys are now going on 2 1/2, and they're absolutely thriving here. The teachers all seem to genuinely enjoy children, and it's great how much the boys learn while they're 'at school' as we call it. They come home every day singing new songs, and they've learned sign language signs, their ABCs, counting, and colors. What's especially amazing to me is all the art projects the teachers are able to do with groups of toddlers! I wouldn't even attempt to do half the things they do with just 2 kids!\r\nI also appreciate the consistency of the schedule the school has, and how they would keep daily records of everything the kids ate, how long their naps were, etc., when the boys were infants. I used to come on my lunch hour the first year the boys were here to breastfeed, and got to quietly observe how things were handled. It was very reassuring to me as a first-time mom.\r\nI admit there have been times my husband and I have longed for the days when we won't have to budget for childcare expenses. But every time we consider the alternatives we remember that you get what you pay for. Our kids are happy, they're well cared for, and now we're actually worried about how we're going to transistion them to 'real' school when the time comes! \r\n
