The price of apartments and the people working in the office are what helped us decide to rent here but it was a terrible choice. At first the people in the office were friendly but after we signed our lease (and began having problems with our apartment) they were fairly rude. The neighborhood was also a problem. Tons of robberies. Apartments broken into, cars stolen with little to no help from the office. The few times I called in to help fix a problem with the rent I was treated rudely. There were issues that were unavoidable but when someone yells at me over the phone all while unable to explain a problem or do basic math I get frustrated. The complex is poorly run and in a bad area. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to live. It's distance from the school also presented a problem even though a shuttle was provided. There are much better locations closer to campus in better areas. We were only here for one year and we are never coming back.

On a side note, I did see police arrest people in the parking lot and saw someone else drop a knife out of their car while driving by. If you have nothing that could be stolen, don't drive a car and like to stay inside and watch crazy drama from your window this could be the apartment complex for you!

Truthfully I can't say enough bad stuff about this place. Having an apartment should not cause so much stress!!

Spring Place seems like the perfect college living environment at first, and the rent seemed reasonable. However, I've lived here for over a year now and my experience has been anything but pleasant.

My car was broken into, as were two of my roommate's vehicles. I've also seen numerous flyers around the complex for other stolen vehicles.

There have been nights when I've been afraid to go outside after dark, being a 20 year old female. The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. Maintenance requests take forever to fill. When I moved in, my apartment was missing furniture, and it took over a month to fill the request. Also, the staff may seem pleasant when you sign your lease, but when it comes to them helping you when you need it, forget it.

This complex is trash and not worth what you pay. It's dangerous, and in a dangerous neighborhood. The staff won't mention this to you, until you find out for yourself. Find somewhere else that's better and safer. Trust me, it'll be worth it.

Lived here for 3 semesters. At first Spring Place seemed like the perfect place to live. But after a stolen motorcycle that Spring Place Management wanted absolutely nothing to do with and a broken into car I highly recommend not living here! When I asked the manager why there were no cameras in the parking lots he asked me ""how would that bring your motorcycle back??"" By the way there are at least a few car break ins each and every week. You will never get peace and quiet. Always bass thumping, people yelling, or something... No matter how many noise complaints you make or no matter how many times the GPD comes out it will never stop and once again Spring Place Management will have nothing to do with it. You would think that $500-$615 of rent each month would solve some of these problems but they don't and it's just not worth it. I STRONGLY recommend you not waste your time here....horrible experience.
