My tiles look amazing!! My tile grout has always been black ever since I moved in the house 2 years ago. I thought that was the real color!! After Chem Dry Carpet Tech (yes there are other Chem Drys- so beware..), cleaned the tile and grout, a beautiful tan colored grout re-appeared!!! Very nice!! Mario, you are awesome!

I finally found you!!! I'm a repeat customer but it so hard when theres so many Chemdrys around to find the right one. You guys always do a great job. but the cleaning last year was so bad I didn't want to use you again. I decided to give you another chance, found you on the internet and was surprised to here that it was a different Chemdry the last time, Chemdry by Delta. The carpet and upholstery drys quickly and smells good. The technicians are always superior and on time. This team was very considerate, very organized and did a fantastic job. A quality job every time :)

Sal and his helper did an excellent job. They got here on time, vacuumed, moved the furniture, did their cleaning, and moved the furniture back. The carpets came out great. I had them remove the urine that my dog left behind and that came out as well. So did the smell. My wife loved how it looked and how the house smelled after the cleaning.

Let me just start by saying my carpets where D.I.R.T.Y. I'm not saying that we are dirty people, its just my husband and I have 5 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. So yeah D.I.R.T.Y. Jerome, who was a sweetheart, and his little helper did an excellent job. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't vacuum the carpet for them, but they took care of that for me and even moved the furniture. The carpet cleaning was AMAZING. They managed to remove the stains that maybe baby Dante caused with his tendency to throw food. I love you guys and will definitely have you back soon.

These guys did a great job. Carpets turned out great and dried fast. The service was excellent. Maria, the young lady I spoke with over the phone, was very helpful and sweet. The two gentleman were professional, moved the furniture, and did their thing. I sat and had a beer. Oh yeah, carpets look great btw.

The cleaning was spectacular!!! I had to push my husband into cleaning the carpets after I saw how well my friend Ronita's carpets came out. She referred me to Chem-Dry Carpet Tech and told me to speak with the gentleman with the english accent. It was a great experience. Not only did they remove dirt in the dingy hallways, but they where also able to remove the red wine stain that happened just recently. Will definately have them come back again in the future.

You guys took care of the nasty stain on my couch very nicely. You did the work without much disorder of the area.....no cleaning up to do. Appreciate that. Also loved how the carpets turned out. Will definitely use you again.

I was hesitant to use another carpet cleaning company after my last experience. But the people at Chem-Dry Carpet Tech make me feel assured and comfortable with the work I was getting. Ed, the man with the English accent and manager, was great in explaining what I would expect and assured me that I was getting the best crew, which I did. The carpets are outstanding. The techs first go over what my concerns are.. with what types of stains I am dealing with, ect.. and then offer suggestions as to how to combat and prevent them. With horses, a child, and 2 large indoor dogs this is important. Also, my carpets are always dry within hours!

Your crew arrived on time. They were very polite and explained their plan so I could stay in the house while they worked (I opted not to). The estimate for the job was five hours, they completed everything in 4 1/2. The quality of the work is outstanding. Our counter tops, tile & grout and carpets look great.
I will recommend to all my friends.

The guys were fantastic: on time, thorough and efficient. Knowing that we may be replacing the carpet sooner than later, they did not try to hard-sell unessecary upgrades or extra products. I could not have asked for better service.

I love chem-dry!!! Technicians arrived on the early side of arranged time span, courteous, professional, and go the extra mile! I didn't think my pet stained carpet could be saved...I didn't have high hopes, but thought if I had it cleaned it could maybe last another couple months...OMG! It looked like NEW!!! I was amazed.
I have had chem-dry clean my carpets 3 times now, and each time I am amazed at what a great job they do! I love that you send 2 technicians, so they can move any furniture that is too heavy for me (and they do, and with a friendly manner!) I have already recommended CHEM-DRY CARPET TECH to several of my neighbors and my family as well. The service efficient and very professional.The products used removed many of the stubborn stains. Cleaning is exceptional.

Very professional technician. I like the organic product you use - smells citrus-like, not chemical-like. Got dirt off carpets that another carpet company was unable to do. My carpet looked great considering the shape it was in and it dried much faster too.

Had carpets cleaned and they changed the price on me. Yes, it was higher. The carpet cleaner saw I was upset and proceeded to tell me that how dirty my carpets were. What he didn't realize is that I had sprained my ankle and had not been able to vacuum for a while. I called three times & Maria gave me the same price. The carpet guy says the price is higher because the girls in the office do not know what they are doing. Oh, that makes me feel real comfortable with him. Women can't do the job, huh.

The owner Ed is extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant and they do a very mediocre job. Would never hire again.

I contacted Chemdry to get a price quote for rug and upholstery cleaning. I was given a rock bottom price (apparently), and then I had the audacity to try to negotiate a better price. I was then rudely told by the manager, Ed, that I was ""grinding"" the price even further. Then he proceeded to tell me that I should have more respect for his time. I don't know about anyone else and their experiences, but I am not use to dealing with someone in a professional setting, and being spoken to in this manner. They do an O.K. job of cleaning, however, I would not give them any business, or refer anyone to them any further, as they are completely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience.

I am disappointed. Charged me $400 to clean a rug, took it away for a week, said that they guarantee their work. Guess what, stains came back, I called - the manager was absolutely rude and unwilling to help. They did not re-clean. 400 bucks wasted. Save your money.

i love clean carpets, i try my best to keep my carpet clean but at some point, we need to call in the professionals to clean my carpet. so i always call my boys at chemdry carpet tech. They come in do their job and leave. they do charge a little bit more but i can agree to pay the difference because my carpets are clean. really clean. so once a year i call them

I use to think that the only way to clean carpet is to dump water on the carpet and then suck it off. My Co-Worker told me about Chem-Dry and how their cleaning process was really amazing and left their carpet extremely Clean and service was exceptional. So i called up this place and a British Man picks up and sets up an appointment for the next day. They came out told me what they could and could not do and were not pushy about addition Services. They did charge a little bit more than my previous experience with carpet cleaners but soon after i realized why they could charge the premium with the exceptional service and quality of work from not only the carpet cleaners but from the office

Carpet Cleaning has always been been a drag, moving around furniture, finding a good carpet cleaner at good price. I've tried your local mom and pop to the big brand names. but the one that has done a really good job over the past few years is Chem-Dry Carpet Tech. It all started with their polite office staff who helped me understand the difference between the Chem-Dry Method and the typical steamers. Well Chem-Dry's process does dry quicker but not as quick as they claim but non the less not days like what steamers take. And do take advantage of their carpet protection option. really does make cleaning up spills in b/ professional cleaning a whole lot easier. just pat dry with some paper towels and wah lah good as new.

So i talked to the technicians and they tried to explain the process to me. They said it was like using grandma's method of club soda, but with heat. As easy as that sounds, their cleaning magic is super awesomeness. They removed all the dirt from my carpet and it was like disney magic
