I love this place. I have been coming here almost once a month for the last 2 years.
They are always attentive, skilled, and sweet.
The "atmosphere" is your typical city Thai Massage setup. If you aren't put off by the way it looks on the outside, then you won't care about the decor on the inside.
I guess that sometimes they do leave the room to get towels/supplies,etc, but it has never bothered me. I find it relaxing and don't get anxious when left by my lonesome!
I have taken friends here and recommend it highly.

I just read the response below mine and am shocked it is EXACTLY what I signed on to write. I just got home from this HORRIBLE massage "parlor". I layed down on the table at 2pm...someone came in the room and put warm towels on my feet ( I was getting a foot massage - don't mention REFLEXOLOGY cause they don't know what it is - EVEN THO IT IS IN THEIR BROCHURE!!!) That person walked out of the room...someone else came in and rub down my feet with the now COLD wet towels. They left - some outside talked ensued...then someone else came in and rubbed my right foot - they literally just kept wiping lotion around ...there was no pressure and their fingernails (which they should trim) kept scratching into me.

They took a break twice while rubbing my right foot (I checked the clock on the wall and it was not only 2:15 and they were done with one foot - how in the world were they gonna fill an HOUR?) Then they came back in after another break and then went to work on my leg...they were applying some pressure here but I would have preferred a nice hard foot massage with pressure points as described in their brochure under Reflexology - again, which confuses them)...

Another person came in to do my other foot - taking several break once again...it was really ridiculous - you couldn't relax cause your too worried thinking about whats going on...they did my other leg...took a break - wiped me with towels again - took another break and came back in pulled my legs a little and tapped me and told me it was over...They were AMAZING ...they finished almost 15 minutes early - SO EFFICIENT.

It's funny cause they made me pay in cash up front before the massage which I thought was weird...so I decided that was it - no more money - no tip. As I tried to walk directly out the girl at the front desk said - "Are you going to tip me".

They are ridiculous and should go out of business.

My husband and I went to Nan's for our second visit yesterday. The lady massaging me walked out at least 15 times during the massage. I am certain more than one person worked on me. When someone was actually massaging me they went through the motions with so little vigor they might have fallen asleep standing. The kicker came when i was left on the table for the 15th time and kept waiting for the lady to return. after 3 minutes of lying on the table i realized the massage must be over. I kept hoping my husband was having a good experience and I was the exception, but the look of utter disbelief on his face as he walked out of his partition said it all. His masseuse left his room with the same frequency as mine and his woman turned into a man at least once.
