Absolutely great. Computer Courage fixed our PC when we thought it would never boot again! Adam and Beth dropped what they were doing to sit down and explain all the possible options to me, so that I could make an informed decision.
It turns out I had a virus infection that had badly damaged my filesystem. The good news was, my data was OK. Miraculously they were able to extract all of my photos and documents.
In the end, they saved my data, upgraded my memory, and reinstalled Windows. Now my system runs better than ever. They even gave me free antivirus software and taught me how to back up and keep my computer safe. I'll be a customer for life - thanks guys!
