Torrance Dental Arts

i'm not a real hi-tech kind of person, so when i first arrived, i was turned-off by all the TVs, computers, etc. But after being greeted by the front desk girl, offered water or coffee, and broght into the office quickly, I started feeling a little warmer about this place. They are pretty quick about doing things like taking xrays and picture-taking, etc., but Dr. Sutherland takes his time to answer questions and explain. I was a little shocked at what they all found, but most of it was my lack of dental care, and I'm paying the price for staying away from a dentist for 5 years! I was introduced to my hygienist and he's terrific. I will be bringing my husband here so that we all start coming to the same place.

Pros: Thorough. Great with kids!

Cons: Hard to find without Mapquest.

Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Sutherland. I was promised this office would be gentle yet thorough, and they were right. Prices were not much higher than others, and financing was comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, and that say alot for a person who fears Dental appoinments. Thank you for making feel at ease.

Believe everything you have read. This office is only in it for the money! Brought my kids there for a check up, they told me they both did not have any cavities but would need $800.00 in preventative care each, when in fact they both had three to four cavities according to the orthodontist. Seems to me that they just wanted the cash up front and did not want to use my insurance which covered the procedures.
