The customer service at Landmark is excellent!!! I had some issues with a leak on my unit and they took great care of me. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I highly recommend them.

What great customer service! I called because there was a leak in the common area planters in my condo complex and within 30 minutes they had the landscapers out there fixing it! Thanks Landmark!

I called Landmark Limited this morning with several questions and even a few concerns about my community. Being fairly new to the Beazer community and also to living in an HOA - I wanted to find out what my responsibilities were to the association and what the association was responsible for and I also wanted to find out what Landmark Limited does and what they are responsible for. After speaking with two staff members from Landmark, who were both very friendly, informative and helpful with my 20 questions... I think this HOA living thing is going to be alright! I am very happy with my new home also!

I swear they dont even work, i can never get ahold of anyone. When i finally do get to talk to someone they hardly listen to you and usually do nothing to resolve the problem. They just say what ever it takes to get you off the phone so that they do not have to deal with a real issue.

How long does it take to get a yard waste bin? It's typically about 7-10 days after you send in your request, according to the HOA. For me, it's a month and counting. The HOA is not to blame alone but also the city of Sacramento. I've been getting the run around from both of these two. Called the city first, they said they don't service my street because it's private. Called the HOA, placed the order waited two weeks and nothing. Contacted HOA again, placed the order again, waited another week, nothing. Then Landmark Limited informs me after three weeks since I first called them that I have to personally contact the city myself (why they didn't tell me this when I first contacted them and asked for my address, no idea). Contacted the city, they told me to contact HOA. I contacted the HOA then a couple of days later, they told me they can't do anything about it and that I have to send my request to the city. I called the city (You should notice the pattern by now) and they told me to contact my HOA as they do not service my street because its private, again. I have been more than patient from these two and I finally said, "No, I already did that". The city then decided to send me a form which I have yet to receive. The city says they will contact Landmark Limited to make sure that they are not the ones to call to order a yard waste bin. I'm a first time homeowner and my first experience with HOAs. The personal lesson I learned here is that next time I buy a house, avoid HOAs at all costs! They're not worth the hassle and their services, unless it's a gated community.

The problem (9 hours later) still hasn't been resolved, and Landmark limited is not answering the emergency pages. Lots of angry residents.
