My wife and I saw "The Fighter"in auditorium 3 on February 7, 2011. The theater was comfortable and the movie was terrific. The auditorium, however, included commercials and previews that were far too loud. The movie, also, was too loud. I believe that whoever set up the technical end of this theater thought they were setting up the sound for a rock concert. Please moderate the sound in your theaters so your audience can enjoy the sound without excess volume.
The pretzel that I purchased at your refreshment stand was overpriced and tasted like a piece of bread. You need a new vendor.

I like this theater. The seats are pretty comfortable and it's hardly ever crowded.

Most importantly, when I walked out of Avatar 3D after 20 minutes -- I was overcome with motion sickness -- the manager refunded my ticket price immediately. No questions asked. I appreciated that VERY much.

Had a bad experience and the manager Andrew didn't seem to care. The company doesn't seem to care much either as there is no way to email them about my experience. I'll be going to other theaters whenever possible from now on.

Disagree with reviewer saying the seats are comfortable. I go often
and don't remember the discomfort as last time. The arms of the
seats have no padding, your arm and elbow hits the metal - very
uncomfortable. Seems petty, but takes away from enjoyment.
And manned ticket windows are often not manned at all.

I enjoy bringing in food from local establishments such as Subway or any other take out food! The Pacific theatres in Chatsworth have a strict policy that does not allow bringing in food. Oh well I will continue to go to the AMC in Woodland Hills because there you are more than welcome to bring in food from the food court. I can bring in Sodas and Frozen Yogurt! With life being so expensive with everything we deserve a break!

The Pacific Theatres Winnetka 21 is my favorite theatre in Los Angeles! There is hardly a line and there are automated ticket stands to ensure a quicker entrance. There is a coffee shop next to the ticket stands. There are over ten theaters inside, all of which as spacias. The chairs are comfortable and somewhat reclinable with cup holders. There is a larger selection of movies, compared to the Northridge theatre nearby. I definitely recommend Winnetka 21 for a pleasant movie-going experience!

PROS: big theater
CONS: sometimes there's a long line for popcorn

This was a great addition to the valley. This theater always has the new movies out. There a multiple viewings, lots of concessions and the ease of prepaying for tickets is a great option. The only downside, is the same with all theaters, and that is the price of a movie ticket.

PROS: Ample parking, clean
CONS:

The Valley rejoiced when the huge Winnetka Theatres opened about 5 years ago. A bright neon shrine to Hollywood, the Winnetka Theatres have drawn huge crowds, especially the younger crowd, ever since their opening.

The theatres are very nicely maintained, always having a clean and cared-for appearance. There is no cheesiness here at all: the carpet and paint are modern, the screens are intact, the chairs clean. The theatres and screens are huge, serving a large audience.

Unfortunately, the theatres only play more popular blockbuster films. It often dedicates 3-4 screens to popular films while not bringing in indie, art, or foreign films.

The tickets aren't cheap (I believe they run $10). They haven't been able to maintain the adjacent cafes/restaurants- these circulate in and close down quickly. Too bad- they would have been a nice alternative to the Icees and hot dogs that the theatres serve.

Be prepared for a large number of rowdy teenagers on Friday and Saturday night.
