I believe in getting you out of pain as quickly as possible, and then helping you achieve your goals for optimum health. Because I have an extensive background in massage, I always use soft tissue techniques to address the tense and tight muscles in your body first, and then can easily adjust your joints. This "resets" your body's awareness of how it can, and should, feel when it's properly aligned. I specialize in caring for pregnant and post-partum women, but welcome all members of the family. Anyone who sits at a computer all day will appreciate the techniques I use for neck, shoulders, forearms and wrists.
I was originally hesitant to go to a chiropractor at all, but was referred to Dr. Bartlett for back pain from overstretching in yoga. He not only made that pain go away, but has made me feel better overall. That was over a year and a half ago.
In the meantime, I have gotten pregnant and am now a mother to a happy and healthy baby boy. Throughout my pregnancy, I saw Dr. Bartlett and his adjustments allowed me to continue to be able to work in my job without pain, and it allowed me to stay active until the end. I also believe that his care helped my baby be head-down for his natural delivery.
I think Dr. Bartlett is a fabulous caregiver because he listens to the problem, and structures the session to how the patient is feeling that day, and to the patient's overall health and demeanor. In addition to being great at his job, I find him personable and a pleasure to be around. By the end of my pregnancy, when I felt like all I did was see doctors, this appointment was one I would look forward to.
I highly recommend Dr. Bartlett for care whether you are or aren't pregnant. When I go, I feel safe and cared for, and afterwards, my body feels better. It is the best thing I never knew I needed.

Dr. Bartlett is a gem: expert in chiropractic practice and a caring attitude that is manifest in his patience when explaining what he is doing. He is adept at "disappearing" my periodic sciatica. The symptoms of my post-polio syndrome often lay me low. Dr. Bartlett has helped physically with adjustments and psychologically helped me cope with this condition.
His expertise and caring approach is greater than any other chiropractor I've seen. Dr. Bartlett is a true healer.
