The work was completed fast; no playing around. Supervisors visited the site and made recommendations to improve the work moving down spouts from the back to the from, to allow for better drainage. These gentlemen are professioinal

Small businesses really do end up surprising you more than you think. K. S. roofing fixed the tiles on my old Victorian 4 bedroom home and restored, if not increased the value. I've been waiting so long to get this done, and I almost couldn't believe how I could have called this whole time and not worried about the expenses.

I only had a few roof tiles that needed replacing but Fernando gladly reconstructed my entire roof for an affordable cost. It was a great deal and you wouldn't have to ask me twice to hire him again.

this company was a godsend. i could barely afford the other detriments in my house holding me back, but fernando gave me a lot less on my shoulders to worry about. my whole roof was literally caving in and this crew had it fixed in no time.

I hired KS Roofing in 2011 to fix a leak that was a nuisance for months. Every other roofing company I called charged outrageous prices but KS Roofing got the job done for a very reasonable price and the results haven't disappointed me yet. Two years later and I haven't had another problem even with all the rain.

i hired ks roofing to replace my roof in November 2012. the company is really respectful and they do great work. they do wonderful work and when they are done they clean up everything and i would hire them again.

K S Roofing company owner Fernando is quick at giving you a quote to get your money, but as soon as he gets it, he does a horrible roof job, and never want to deal with the consequences him and his crew did. We had him installed a roof in Richmond in November 2010. In the quote, he stated to install a cricket to raise the roof so the water would drain to the downspouts installed on the side. However, his job was so poor that we have been dealing with pools of water sitting on the roof. We called him to fix the issue as the contract states 7 year warrenty on labor, but all he did was busy running his mouth and said we got to pay him to do the job, then hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional! We are going to take him to court, and he said fine. His company is no longer credited with BBB and Service Magic because of many poor jobs he has done. DO NOT HIRE HIM AT ALL!

I build homes and Buy homes i been working with KS Roofing for the last 10 Years i never had a problems with this company at all they have a very good crew get work done and fast a for very good prices.

I you want a good roof give them a call and they will do a very good job.

K S Roofing is a sham. My roof was replaced in June 2010 and was leaking by December. It was almost impossible to get someone out to make repairs over the next 6 months. Recently I've had 3 inspections done by local roofers and was told by all 3 that the roof was not done properly. Fernando lied to me and said that Kenny did the roof and no longer works for KS then said he'd make it right. Later I found out it was Fernando that installed a shoddy roof using the wrong materials and neglecting to use flashing. The new work is about half way done, and another roofer says it's still not quality work. These people need to be out of the roofing business!

Excellent service. KS Roofing was very professional, showed up on time, had very hard workers, and gave me an excellent roof and gutters for a decent price. Would recommend them to anyone. They are a AAA+ rating for me.

Roofing At its best;
Honest, friendly and great work what more can you ask for in a roofing company. Very professional arrived on time i have a great roof, at a very good price. i would recommend them to everybody.
