Pat Esser the CEO of Cox Communications should be embarrassed by the faulty technical gear they pushed to extort money out of me in Laguna Beach.

Cox Communications in Laguna Beach sent out a dozen techs to try to fix TV over and over and couldn't solve the erosion of signal after 5PM in the Terraces Condominiums in Laguna Beach, California

When I moved out of the area, I phoned Cox Communications in Laguna Beach as a courtesy to ask for a refund because all of the money I paid over the past two years was wasted on terrible TV, inept Techs, and the cable broadband 1/10th the speed of the DSL I know have. Of course, I asked for a refund of the wasted money I spent and they denied me - telling me "THEY SUPPLIED THE SERVICE"

YEA! but I had over a dozen on-site tech visits in a year, and changed boxes 8 times..

The Cox Communications Customer service people in the executive level I heard make excuses can be reached. Call them to let them know the terrible service they have and that we are not going to pay them for this anymore, ask for refunds.

The top level Cox Communications Office Customer Support Executive is Sylvia Dunbar at 858 836 7319. She adamantly told me "SHE DECIDED I DO NOT HAVE A REFUND COMING" and hung up.

The second level Cox Communications Office Customer Support Executive is Christie Swangle at 866 597 5301 xt 1289. She laughed and laughed about the bad service and told me "Anything I can do to help I will". Then blew it off to Sylvia Dunbar.

Prior to Christie Swangle, I heard from Patty, at Cox Communications in Orange County. You can reach her at 949 546 2033. She told me - i wish we could keep you a customer".. and I told her "You can - just refund me'.

Call them when you have problems

And write Pat Esser the CEO at Cox in Atlanta.
