This place will make a child scared of the Dentist for life. I took my son here for his first dental visit. I was only allowed in the back because it was his first visit and I refused to stay in waiting room. While waiting our turn I observed several children come out sobbing. Our turn came Dentist was rude to say the least. There was another child in the next room having work done, he was crying, and being told to be quiet, it didn't hurt.
Needless to say I took my child and we never returned.

Pros: None

Cons: scared for life

We ended up on dental HMO after my husband lost his job. Our son was referred to a pediatric "specialist" at this location because he's only 3 and he needed to have a filling done. Well, the first thing they make you do is sign a release that you agree to wait in the waiting room if your child is not 100% cooperative with you there. So I got sent out and apparently my poor son was strapped to a board with a jaw spreader for 30 minutes while he had a root canal, cavity filled and crown placed. When I came back in he was sobbing hysterically and wouldn't stop for 30 minutes. He was drenched with sweat and had raw spots on either corner of his lips where they'd obviously used a jaw spreader on him. 2 years of going to a kind pediatric dentist, trying to get him comfortable and unafraid... all shot to pieces in one visit. They said they don't sedate them on the first visit!! So now he'll probably need a sedative before he'll even set foot in another doctor's office. Thanks a bunch, Universal Care.
