.

I came to get a facial here because a friend of mine recommended this place. It was very nice when I walked in, the lobby looks really big. The girls at the front don't really speak english well, neither did my esthetician. I tried their salt room but it was just too hot. The esthetician seemed pretty friendly but she didn't tell me what to expect. My eyes were covered the whole time. The painful part was she used a needle to extract my pimples and didn't even tell me or warn me first. She just grabbed my skin and I felt a few pricks. Atleast she could've told me first or even ask if that was ok. There was loud talking in the hallways and she kept trying to sell me stuff and telling me how bad my skin was. What a way to make someone feel good about themselves.

Back in the quiet room, it was freezing cold and then there was people using their cell phones. The people walk by every few minutes to check on you. Feel like there is no privacy. I expected more from a spa this size and more professionalism when booking the appointment.
