Called them at 10 AM on a Saturday and by 11:20 AM my windshield was replaced. I learned afterwards that they also come to your house with no extra cost. They were also the cheapest among several other businesses I contacted.
All billing was handled in the office with my insurance company and a technician showed up at my office twenty minutes later. It only took about 30 minutes for the work to be completed and the technician refused a tip when I offered it to him for being prompt.
