Joe has worked on two of my homes over the past few years. He has done everything from Dry Walling, Electrical Work, Paint inside and out, Counter Top work and hung the flat screen Plasma TV over the fire place. Joe has always been on time, hits his budget and never leaves a mess. Unlike other people he gets the job done right the first time. Joe is always my first call when I need a job done. I would recommend you do the same. Guy

I used Joe to construct a built in entertainment center for our TV and videos. He did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier!! Joe showed up when he said he was going to and always cleaned up after the days work. With two little kids around the house that was really important to me. Thanks Joe for a great job!!

Joe Moyneur was always responsive and ON TIME!
Joe Moyneur Construction always did over and above what I expected from a contractor.
I have had many experiences... with other contractors in the last 20 years. The "others" now pale....I will not go to anyone else... from now on... except for Joe Moyneur Construction.
This is why... the level of customer service is amazing, the integrity, workmanship and price...unmatched!
In the last 3 years...having utilized Joe Moyneur Construction over several projects.... Joe Moyneur Construction, has spoiled me for going to anyone else.
I would recommend Joe Moyneur Construction to my grandma, friends or co-worker's...you can take that to the bank!

Joe Moyneur remodeled a rental unit for me a year ago. The project was a total remodel of the kitchen and bath and a facelift of the dining and living room. He was reliable, efficient and performed the remodel on time and within budget. It was very refreshing to work with a contractor that was so reliable and so professional. The end product was an apartment that we are proud to be able to offer for rent.
I recommend Joe Moyneur Construction without hesitation.
