I had a phone line moved to another part of my kitchen wall and two bathroom fans installed. They were quick and efficient. They discussed with me prior to the job what they would do and delivered.

There was no actual repair performed. Original appt Mon (7 July) postponed until Fri (Jul 11). Nick & Mike arrived, puzzled about where to look/assess. Neighbor informed us where her fan was located. Mike checked the roof, took out fan, said it was OK. Nick suggested I call the Moble Home Co & ask them about it. I did, were told to just switch the on/off switch to Off. That was the extent of the repair. I was then hit with the service call amount ($110.00). I feel this is a little high/extreme and would like your input/review and if warranted receive a reasonable refund. Leason Learned: Ask the Service Call Charge before accepting the call. Are the repairmen/women charges all different? Nick/Mike -very nice/pleasant repairmen.

Nick called me within 5 minutes of my internet request and gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on my desciption of work. We setup an appointment for that Monday @ 9:00 am and the office called me @ 8:55 am to let me know they were running a few minutes late -- which is very rare in the contracting business. We had a great experience with NGD, the project went in as planned and and we were pleased with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend NGD Company for electrical contracting in the Ventura County area.We feel very luck to have found Servicemagic website on a Saturday night and have our project completed on Monday

A very professional and good job. There were some minor hiccups like start time and date (due to some unfortunate news) and finally when it came time to finish and sign off. The crew was packed up and ready to go so when I noticed some adjustments that needed to be done it was with great reluctance that they unpacked from the truck and made the necessary fixes. They know their stuff and the lights look good, I just wish it wasn't finalized with any teeth pulling. It didn't feel as if they were willing to go the extra mile for me, but instead wanted to move on and go home after a long day.
