I've tried many ramen places, and Foo Foo Tei has got to be my favorite! It's amazing how it's usually packed full of people with long waits even though the restaurant is located in a remote area.
Everything on the menu is worth trying! My favorites are the Shitake Mushroom Ramen with miso soup and the chicken teriyaki plate.

I love going to this ramen house because it is so delicious and warms my body up in all the right ways on both warm and cold days. The appetizers are also great and I love the unagi (eel) as well as the fried squid.
They also have a shelf of Japanese magazines and manga to read or skim through while you wait and the workers are very nice. It is small and can get crowded, but it is very good.

Foo Foo Tei is my boyfriend's personal favorite restaurant, and it has become mine as well! The ramen here is always piping hot and full of flavor! I love getting the Yasai Miso Ramen. It comes with lots of vegetables on top and the miso soup base is salty - just the way I like it! The Saba Shioyaki is also really good and huge too!
