Before anyone buys a condo at West Ocean Towers, absolutely please,do all your research. High rise living isnt what its cracked up to be. 1.You are promised top security & concierge front desk, what you really getting is min. waged, inexperienced, uneducated, and deficient employees. 2. You are managed by a GM Bonnie Brose, who uses a certification to extract $125-150k a year salary, fires good and professional staff at-will due to her menopausel and unintegral deficient incompetant management skills. Who berates and belittles people that she targets and is paranoid of them showing her up and doing her job better. 3. You have a so-called cheif engineer Dan Determan, who is a glorified handyman at best, has never worked in a residential community and is over paid at $70-75k pr yr. 3. You have Action Property Mngt who are known
in the industry as cheats, liars, theives, incompetance and unethical. 4. You have very high HOA fees that dont buy you much except a Motel 6 like ammenties pool, excercise room, & other common areas. 5. You have trash chutes that were poorly designed getting clogged regularily creating quite a aroma in the building, continual false alarms, poor parking & access to the bldg. The over all value is the illusion that your getting ocean views on selective units that are over priced. West Ocean is not what its advertised to be and the property management co is alot to be desired. I give this one a thumbs down!!!
