As a medical equipment repair person, I was annoyed that I couldn't figure out why my fridge wasn't cold anymore. Did everything I knew to do. Then River City's tech, Pete showed up and saved the day. He is completely knowledgeable and professional, he thoroughly dismantled and cleaned out the dust, and logically troubleshot the problem down to it's source - all in a remarkably short time. Part was on truck, and I am back in business with a really cold diet Pepsi. Cynthia K
