OK, I stand corrected. It IS the worst pharmacy ever! Cathy Rosenberg and her staff of rude witches misfilled my prescription and are totally denying it.

Cathy Rosenberg is very rude. She is the owner and didnt fill my prescription correctly and doesnt want fix this mistake. I was given ibuprofen when the script says hydrocordone. They put the right label on the bottle but gave me the

The rating should not be one star, it should be maybe 1/4 star!!

We purchased a travel pillow from them prior to our month long trip. We took it out of the box and put it with our carry on luggage. When we got on the plane and went to fold it to put it behind our head the beads started falling out of a seam that the stitching was coming out of. So we put the pillow in the overhead storage on the plane and did not use it. We had to carry it around to all of our destinations for the month we were gone and when we returned home we went to return it to the store. At the bottom of the receipt it says "Receipt required for all returns" We went to the store and they said the owner would have to approve it and took my name and number and said they would call when she returns in 10-15 minutes. 3 hours later I had never received a call, so I called. I spoke with the owner and she said that it had been used so she could only exchange it for th same item. I stated we did not want the same item because it is not a quality item. She said, "that's not my problem." Even though I told her over and over we never used it, she insisted that we did. Carrying a fabric pilllow around and handling it, there is going to be body oils that get on it. We had no space in our luggage to pack it, so it was always hand carried. After arguing back and forth for a while she said to leave her store and not to return and called the police. She gave a new pillow and kept the damaged one with the statement of, "it the same thing happens I am not exchanging it again." This is not the end of it, we will find any site we can to post a complaint on. We work for the hospital and will be telling people not to use them and also filing a complaint with the administration of the hospital. So far all the employees we have talked to at the hospital about this situation says the owner, Kathy, is a b_ _ _ _!! No one wants to deal with her from our department!

If you have a choice, go to Rite-Aid, CVS, or Walgreens. You will get much better customer service and hours that will work with your schedule, not 9a to 5p!
