This office has no respect for your time, NONE! I spent over 3 hours in their office and the actual dental work took 2.5 minutes. I had to wait for so long that the numbing shot they gave me wore off by the time the doctor finally came to do work.

The staff is incredibly efficient, warm and caring. I feel lucky to have found this office. Dr Victor is a wonderful dentist and Renee a wonderful assistant. It makes the dentist experience much less scary and close to pleasant.

Office and dental asst. doctors etc. made me feel very important and that they cared about my dental needs. Took time to explain and asked me if I had any questions or concerns.

Everyone was wonderful at the Pasadena location! Dr. K was GREAT! He explained everything and I didn't feel rushed or as though I was just ""taking up his time"". He made me feel like a welcomed, well-cared for patient.\n

I went to this office after years of avoiding Dentists, which made for a lot of problems. Everyone at the Pasadena office was extremely kind and respectful, especially since I was very embarrassed over the amount of time I had let these problems go on. Ericka was extremely helpful and understanding while she explained costs and plans to me. I was impressed with her patience. I intend to follow up with the treatment plan and not ignore the problems anymore because of the positive experience I had at this office. Thanks

The one Good thing about this place is that it has motivated me to seek out affordable dental insurance. Because of a lack of research I got myself into a very frustrating relationship with this dental provider. Instead of going into a lengthy explanation here are some bullet points.\n\n1. They over charge for simple procedures suggesting an unaffordable method of payment.\n2.The dentist failed to properly fill a cavity he was working on\n3. There is no follow-up protocol or etiquette amongst the staff at this establishment\n4. No paper work of payment arrangements are sent...credit accounts are charged blindly\n5. Withheld a check meant for deposit longer than a month\n\nAll in all this is by far the worst prolonged experience I've ever had and I will be looking into filing a claim concerning the improper filling. \n\nI DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM THE PLEASURE OF 1 STAR BUT I MAY NOT SUBMIT THIS OTHERWISE

Dr. Cecilia is her name and she is not only a super nice lady but she explained things to me better than I have ever had. I had no idea I had the problems I have until she showed me on my xray and in my mouth. She gave me a shot and after years of dentistry I didn't even feel it until my face was numb. I was there for 2 hours but I got several fillings a deep cleaning and I now have a dentist for the next 20 years.

Pros: I didn't feel the shot, the staff is great, amazing Doctor

Cons: There was a bit of a wait but worth it 100%

.

both times I've tried this office, I sat in the chair waiting for a simple x-ray and cleaning for over 3 hours. i will never return. shame on me for trying it again.

After reading all the bad comments, I began to worry about taking my five year old there. I was ready to ""camp"" there for more than three hours!\r\nIt was our first time there, we had an appointment on a Saturday. We got there at 10:00 am and came out at 12:00pm. There are toys to keep kids busy, the TV was on with the Saturday morning cartoons. Friendly staff, great Dentist. I really liked it. Don't go based on what I say or what others say, try it and decide by yourself.

Um - it was one of the first on the list on my dental plan (Anthem) ... I lost my job and was losing my insurance. It was the only place that took me ASAP. ""Barbaric"" might be a good term to describe the 3 plus hours I just spent getting a couple fillings and a cleaning. I whined and bartered until I would only have to make my co-pay (they wanted to charge me 250 bucks!).\r\n\r\nMy dentist was a sweet heart, as was her assistant, but he was fresh out of school. He had no idea what he was doing - and if I wanted that, I would have gone to a dentist school. Nice people - but very unprofessional. They drilled and then LEFT me sitting in the chair for ten minutes or more. I had to get up and find someone to find the doc. I don't even think they actually completely cleaned my teeth, and my mouth was sore for over a week afterwards. I had to live on ibuprofen. AND - they took 18 XRAYS!!! No WONDER insurance premiums are so high.\r\n\r\nSTAY AWAY.\r\n\r\nThese people should be out of business.

I had a dental emergency and I went here because they could see me the following day and were covered by my insurance plan. I regret not doing further research but ""any port in a storm"". Well, the storm would have been preferable. After a three hour wait I was given x-rays by a very friendly tech. Then, I waited for nearly another hour to see the dentist. The dentist never once looked at me or spoke to me but rather barked orders at his assistant and talked about me (but not to me). He didn't introduce himself or even ask me any questions or ask if I had any questions. He ""prescribed"" that I needed deep cleanings, gum cleanings, an appointment with their orthodontist, and yet didn't really say much regarding the reason I went in there in the first place. This place didn't respect me or my time and I will not be returning. There are a lot of dentists in the Pasadena / Glendale area and so there is no reason to put up with this lack of service. Trust the reviews!!

TERRIBLE PLACE, they will rip you off, do not go there!! There are always long waits, the place is poorly run and like a factory. The worst is that even if you have some form of insurance, they almost always tell you (pressure you) that you need additional procedures, that conveniently are not covered by your insurance. After suspecting that this had happened to us, we confirmed with a subsequent dentist that the procedures they recommended (while we were in the dental chair) and that we paid hundreds of dollars for, were unnecessary. We were told this is how many offices like this make money. Do not trust them!
