I went to Wilshire Bridal store for birdesmaid 10diferrent style and i spent over 2hours in there...But i realize that who help me name was a "Kate" and she was so amazing job to super respectful and never making her face even that i felt so sorry to myself...hahaha.
It was truly happy and she making my mind that i never go to any bridal shop again.
she has a sence of humor and she defenetly knows how to treat the customer....
Guys!!!
I'm not kidding but really serously....i would recomend this store for sure.

If you're a bride or a bridesmaid and want a honest, accountable and friendly customer service, this is NOT the establishment for you. Wilshire has to have the worst customer service I have ever even heard of. If you look at all the positive reviews out there, you'll see they are all from men renting tuxes.

My maid of honor called Enzoani to ask for local stores that carried B5 of the Love collection (to match my Enzoani gown). They referred her to, among others, Wilshire Bridal. In Feb., she ordered B5 in midnight blue after checking it against the Enzoani swatches that Wilshire showed her. She paid for her deposit during that trip by debit card, $150.00. She felt bridesmaids were treated like 2nd-class citizens there, but didn??t dwell.

In Apr., she called to check on the status of her order. It sounded to her like they lost it. They could not find the order number. They asked for her name, card info, and the style and color that she ordered again. They told her that the dress would be ready by May 13. The dress was not ready until May 22. Worse, it was not the dress she ordered. The dress was black. The staff tried to tell her it was her, that the dress was actually dark blue and that midnight blue looks lighter online. Flabbergasting. She took the dress out into the sunlight. Black. She asked them to bring out the Enzoani swatches - none matched.

She demanded that they fix the order and ship to her at their expense. They agreed. She called the next day to follow up. Wilshire then claimed that Enzoani no longer makes B5 in midnight blue. BLATANT LIE. She and I separately contacted Enzoani to verify that the company still makes B5 in midnight blue.

My sister informed Wilshire that she no longer wanted to do business with them. First, they promised to refund her by check. She called about 6 times over 3 weeks to follow up, got repeated assurances, but no check. Last week, she finally made Kim (manager), process her refund over the phone by reversing the debit card charge. She called every day after because she had not seen any pending account activity. The store kept insisting that they reversed the charge. Finally, she called her bank to file a complaint and to ask for a provisional credit. The bank was able to verify that Wilshire Bridal has not reversed any charges to her account. I have advised my sister to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or possibly a small claims action.

I had really great service here. I was recommended by my buddy that goes there regularly to rent his suits and we all had great experiences. I would definitely recommend it! My whole wedding got our tuxes and dressses there and we all had no problems.

They were late with the alteration. Ended up getting the dress ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING! Plus it wasn't sized properly and my wife to be had to pin it keep it from falling down. Just horrible and RUDE!

Terrible! They had sized the wrong dress and mixed up the brides maids dresses with another wedding! Total disaster! They only refunded half of our total bill. We are currently seeking damages in small claims court. STAY AWAY!
