In response to Don Andersons review.
First, we submitted an "estimate" for a roof reseal job at 6 hrs.
It took myself and one paid helper (not my wife) a total of 8 man hours. In this time, we stripped off all the old sealer, cleaned and resealed his entire roof. In addition, we also,
discovered that he needed 3 vents replaced, and a new vent lid for the kitchen roof vent. This did take extra time and money. We value all our customers, and want to please all. So this poor review has shocked me. We can only "estimate" a job prior to doing it. Extra work costs extra. We gave Mr. Anderson a one hour discount to try to keep him happy. Obviously to no avail. A roof reseal can easly be $1200.00 or more for a qualty job. This job cost Mr. Anderson a total of $780.00 including our travel time charge(not included in estimate), all additional materials and extra work not included in the original estimate.
I have been in business over 35 years, and this is my only poor review. For all of you reading, please remember there are two sides to every story. Have a great day, and happy trails

I am very disappointed that Eric did not honor his estimate. The job of resealing the roof of my 5th was estimated at $554. The break down was 6 hours (at $85 per hour), plus materials. But after the job (which did take 6 hours), he charged $885 ( a 58% increase). His justification was that he had his wife help him and she need to get paid too. A roof reseal is a simple job to estimate so there is no justification for him to go over the estimate.
