Lambert's Service Now

We we had a very unsettling experence with Lamberts Service Now. I wish we had talked to more contractors before we selected Lamberts. What a disaster.

Alan Lambert and his crew are extremely professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I got him through your Magic Service and got estimates from more than 3 different contractors. One was a family friend and yet Lambert still came up on top. I am very pleased and feel confident he will back up his product and warranties. I am really enjoying my furnace!

We have signed the contract but the work won't be done for a few weeks so the rating is based on initial presentation and not on a completed project. Please ask me about the experience in about a month.

Courtesy and professional AC installation experience. The missing star is because they do not do any drywall fixes/painting so that you'll need to call in handyman if they need to punch holes in drywall. Otherwise almost one-stop shopping and great service provided.

Will definitely recommend if you need to use them.

Definitely, the most friendly and helpful. For any outstanding issue, Alan made sure to contact me and keep me updated on what's going on and what's being done. Everyday, the inside of my home was clean (not spotless; but definitely not a disaster zone).

Lastly, he definitely sticks to his customer satisfaction guarantee. When the project was nearly completed, I noticed that electricity wasn't working in parts of my house. Instead of saying, I didn't do it, or call someone else, he went out of his way to make sure everything was working. His thoroughness ended up resolving old problems I had (at no extra cost).
