Paul was my first trainer ever and I can honestly say I was satisfied with him. The first time I went I was kind of nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, after the first session I was completely relaxed.
He makes the work outs interesting and fun and always gives me something new to do.
For those who are less experienced like me he guides them along. He knows what he's talking about and doing! That's always a plus!
Overall, I am totally satisfied with him. I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Paul and Judy are truly awesome trainers. I've been with Accessible Fitness since Nov. 08.
They are really passionate about their clients. They really understand my needs. Their programs are tailored to best fits anyone's needs. They are totally flexible with schedules as long as we give him enough warning.
I've seen many trainers that TALK BS more than train in 1 hr. What I get from my workout in half an hour at Accessible Fitness maxes my muscle out more than any 1 hour workout I ever had from another trainer.
Although Paul and Judy are very personable, they don't waste any time and get the job done well.
Keep up the good work and see you both tonight at 7pm!

To say that Paul O'Lone and Accessible fitness has transformed my body would be somewhat of an understatement.
Paul has been training me for 6 months now and the results are fantastic!
My Body fat has melted off from 22% to to 12.5% and although I did not have a weight issue per se I did end up losing about 10 pounds by following his nutritional plan. The end result is now i have a much leaner toned body and I love it!
Both Paul and Judy are fun to work with. I think they actually care about helping you to achieve your goals. Paul has motivated me like no other personal trainer has been able to. Workout sessions are packed with routines and Paul packs in more in 30 minutes than you would think possible (it actually feels like a 60 minute workout) I am very impressed by Accessible Fitness Accessible Fitness has been great or delivering results.
