I had them put in my airconditioning unit and new vents. Their prices were reasonable...and the time frame was one-two days.
My only complaint is that one of the men that was in the attic cracked the wall around the recessed lighting (in the kitchen)..and their repair work of that was terrible. But i would recommend them for any of your heating/air needs.
