Pros: Best Pedicure
My daughter and I tried Lulu's about 6 months after it opened, and we were disappointed with our experience there. My manicurist was rather curt and cold, and the light nail polished she applied turned a nasty color and started to chip two days later. My daughter is in a wheelchair, and she felt unwelcome. I think this business is over-rated.
Pros: Close by
Cons: Service
During a girls' weekend trip to San Diego, three of us trekked from downtown to South Park just to get a pedicure at Lulu's. We were NOT disappointed! We got the seasonal special -- a lavender rose pedicure, complete with a parafin treatment -- and it was the best pedicure I've ever gotten. Great massage. Wonderful color selection and application. The techs were friendly but not over-chatty. Perfect!!
Pros: cute shop, clean, boutique-y
Cons: can't think of one...
This is the best nail salon in San Diego! It's super great service with super reasonable prices. This store even has really cute gifts and merchandise. It is also in a really good neighborhood with coffe, gelato, and shopping.
Pros: everything
Cons: None
such a cute nail salon. the prices are right for the quality and the girls are very friendly! i would definitly recommend
Pros: ambiance, price, quality of service
Cons: ??
This place may have been reviewed as the best mani-pedi in the area, but they are too expensive (a basic pedicure is more than $30), and they don't do acrylics or gels (aka fake nails). WTH? I'm fairly new to this spa/nail salon thing (a couple of years) but I KNOW that it shouldn't be this much unless they're buffing me from head to toe, thank you!
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: You'll be broke when you leave
