I came into this company with every intention of working a temporary assignment as a contracted agent... and I completely fell in love! I have been in corporate development, sales and recruiting for many years and I have NEVER seen anything like this! From the secretary, to the VP, everyone's opinion matters. The CEO personally listens and discusses every bright idea. If it will benefit the customer, employees, or business, they want to hear it! It's rare that you go into work every day, and have the owners/board members know everyone by name. They make it a point to uncover each individual person's strengths, and magnify them! How rare is that? They truly have mastered the difference between managing a strong group, and leading a phenomenal team!!! Such an amazing company and family! I am so blessed to be a part of it!!!

My repair tech man was cute, so what can i say. :)

Repair was covered by Sony, but I wish I was better informed by Precision. But, once the Tech came, he explained the process to me, better than the precision CSR did.

I hope my TV breaks again ;)

I have a projection TV and the TV went black one day. The technician from Precision Television had the part with him when he came out. It was the lamp. He was puntual and couteous and fixed my TV on the first trip. I did have to pay for the lamp and the labor but the prices were not extreme.

I would use Precision Television again.

Worst company to deal with. I called right before thanksgiving because my tv bulb went out for the second time in 4 years. I have an extended warranty that covers it for 5 years so I was thinking that my warranty was a good investment. Precision Tv didn't answer my call so I left a message hoping they call me back. They didn't for several days, so I ended up calling them back after the holidays. Once I was able to get someone on the phone, I'd explained that my tv bulb went out. The lady on the phone says she would take down my info and get back with me to set the appt. A week goes by a nothing happens. I called back only to find out that they had to get permission from my warranty company because the replacement exceeded some amount and needed approval. So I waited and waited. Close to 2 weeks later, they call me back thinking they call me for an appt only but that wasn't the case. They stated they got the approval but needed to order the parts. Another week later, they call back to set the appt up. However it wasn't going to be for another 2-3 weeks. I had no choice but wait. At this point I was already piss. But nothing that I can do since I was at their mercy. Finally the day arrive, they tech shows up a the house. And I'm thinking hooray....my tv is finally going to get fix. Nope!!! The tech guy says that my tv bulb is not cover. Only the first bulb blowout was cover and not the second. But this was not where I angry. The tech guys says he has the parts and can install it for me but he would have to charge me for the labor of $185 for a 5min operation. Something that I can do myself. However when I ask if I can just purchase the parts from him and take care of it today, he refuse and said he couldn't do that. Stated he couldn't sell me the parts without the labor. So at this time, I was trying to keep my anger from exploding. He did offer to recommend a website that I can purchse from which means that I would have to wait for the parts to arrive. So you can see how I am pretty mad at this point. Not only did this company waste my time. They also tried to screw me during the tv repair appt by not selling me the parts when he had it on him. The company could have told me from the begining that my bulb was not cover and I could have just order the parts and repaired it my self from the begining instead of giving me this run around so that they can have a repair tech show up at my house 1 month later to try to screw me with the repair bill knowing how desperate I was to get my tv fix. 2 lessons I learned from this experience.....I will never buy warranties for a tv again...............second.....................never use Precision Tv !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PRECISION CAME TO MY HOME TO FIX MY AKIA. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED 2 PARTS. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THE PART AND ANOTHER 3 DAYS FOR TECH TO COME. TECH INSTALLED THE NEW PARTS ONLY TO DISCOVER THE BLUE PICTURS TUBE WAS BAD AS WELL. SOMETHING THAT WAS MISSED ON FIRST VISIT. I WAS TOLD BY TECH THAT HE HAD TO REMOVE THE 2 PARTS THAT ACTUALLY MADE THE TV WORK AND ORDER THE BLUE PICTURE TUBE.WAS TOLD IT WAS SAMS CLUB POLICY. I WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS FOR BLUE PICTURE TUBE AND LISTEN TO A DIFFERENT LIE EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ETA....FINALLY TECH SHOWS UP INSTALLS THE 2 NEW PARTS THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY REMOVED. I own a 65" Mitsubishi Television and the timer would come on automatically and then shut itself off.
I bought the TV from Good Guys and luckily I purchased the extended warranty, so I recieved a phone call from Precision a day after to schedule a date for the field technician to come over. He called a day before and assured me that he would be able to fix the problem on site. When he showed up he was friendly and was patient with my 2 year old child and 3 cats. It only took him about 15minutes to fix the television and he told me that he's come across the same problem with the same TV models. He was very professional and curteous to my situation. I recommend this company and will call them back next year for my yearly cleaning.

We were trying to get our TV fixed a few weeks ago. We paid the service fee and the labor fee then they realized they had to order the light bulb. So, they decided to send it to us via FedEx. For some reason FedEx lost our package.... then when we called them back they said it was up to us and Fedex now...it has nothing to do with them anymore!!!!!! they won't even send us another TV light bulb or refound!!!! it's ridculous! I would never EVER use their service again and please do NOT hire them to do anything anymore.. We still don't know what to do with this whole thing. BAD.

These guys are great. I had a Sony LCD television with the screen turning blue. I called Precision TV to get an estimate, and they instructed me that this problem was covered by Sony, they would order the part, and install it in my home. 3 days later they called and stated they had the part needed and installed it the next day. Great Customer Service in a time when Good service is hard to find.
