Quioa is not really a hotel or a spa but a residence that you can rent out as the ULTIMATE retreat from the daily grind. It's simply the most gorgeous place I've ever stayed! So relaxing inside and out. The hot tub is gigantic, and non chlorinated! The steam shower is to die for. The bathtub is huge. The beds have the softest sheets. You feel like your sleeping in a cloud cocoon. You can get your own chef, schedule massage, yoga and any other luxury you could possibly want.

It's great for small groups as well. My bridesmaids booked us for the whole weekend and it was the most enjoyable, relaxing bachelorette weekend you could imagine. Just the girls hanging out! Exactly what I needed in the middle of planning my own wedding!

It was so beautiful we didn't want to leave!

I wanted to get away for the weekend, but I wanted to do something other than the usual Tahoe or Napa.
I was searching on google and found this place. I wasn't sure what it was...cottages, a resort, a home? and it was expensive.
I decided to do it, even though I was hesitant because of the price. I am so glad I did. Quoia was amazing!
It is up in the redwoods on the mountain in Mill Valley - some windy roads!
You walk through the redwoods to get to the house. It is a home that you get all to yourself.
It is such a cool home! It has sort of a Moroccan feel. There were flowers everywhere, and bowls of berries and fruit all over....grapes by the hot tub. It was the most amazing hot tub I have ever been in! It had a gorgeous view of the redwoods. The place had all of the perks of a hotel - plush linnens, all the food and beverages you want (you tell them what food and drinks you want before you come - included in the rates) and it had all the comforts of home (the home I wish I had!) fireplaces, a loaded ipod, tv's with shelves of dvd's, steam shower.
The best part ...we had two massages, a private yoga class, and a private chef that cooked us an amazing dinner - better than any I've had in a restaurant in a long time! (They offered us lots of different therapists or yoga retreat type things if we wanted..)
Quoia was very unique and incredible and I deffinitely give it 5 stars...more like 10 actually!
