Personally, I have not met the dentist. I've met the one nice latina receptionist of the 3 that work up front. First off, I hate it when a business that makes so much money treats it's customers like zhit, that's right, I said it! Don't change a cleaning to a check-up without telling my wife or I. Don't cancel my kids appointments because your over-weight, lazy, making face gestures in front of your face, calling your customers liars, curly hair receptionist has no customer service skills.
I am pissed off!!!!! If your staff does not understand what customer service is, they should not be working up front, period. I plan on spreading the word on the internet, newspapers and to anybody that will listen. Actual dentist in the office, hold training for your staff, if things don't change, I'm calling the BBB and reporting you after I record a couple of conversations with your staff. Changing the name will not clear your business name, I will just have to do this all over again.

I have a pretty terrible insurance when it comes to dental. They had a limited number of places I could go for my son and this was one of them. We went there and he was scared to death of the dentist naturally. The hygenist didn't do anything for my son because he was so scared. Didn't even try to touch his mouth. Then the dentist came in. I don't even know his name. He barely looked around and said he has cavities in his molars. I knew that I could see them everyday. He has two little brown spots on them. Then he said he would recommend that we wait until they fall out or go to a pediatric dentist. Didn't try to clean my son's teeth or anything. Fine, my son was scared, I didn't want to traumatize him and neither did the dentist. Then the office assistant comes to go over the referral to the pediatric dentist and says they are going to charge the insurance for the checkup and cleaning. I'm like, wait the guy looked at my son for 1.5 minutes and you want to charge my insurance for a checkup and cleaning? No way.

They didn't even try to make the place friendly for kids, and they couldn't care any less about my kids.
