I lived at one of NPCM's properties for less than a year. Not only do they not keep up the property, they also lie to stay out of liability trouble. I was injured, bitten by a spider and filed a claim with their insurance. The management lied and said I had been told that I had too much clutter and basically I harbored spiders. This is an outright lie to keep from being responsible. The staff is full of it, they evicted me knowing what had happened to me and would not wait for me to start disability to be payed, Then sued me for rent as I filed with the insurance company. Do not rent from these guys, in the long run they are full of it and no good in business.
