Dont let John down here fool you, He is really one of the rudest people I have ever had to encounter in my life. My car was towed out of my apartment complex due to a "revoked" parking pass. They must have revoked it then towed it away immediately after they revoked it. Because my parking pass was valid. I never received a notice that my pass had been revoked. And I never received a notice that my car was being towed. I had to call MULTIPLE towing companies until I found out which one had my vehicle. After finding out that Paxton had towed me they informed me that Network Parking Solutions authorized the tow. Even the manager of my apartment complex was confused as to why they towed me ! When I initially called to find out the reasoning behind the removal of my vehicle, I was constantly interrupted and unable to really determine the nature of the removal because The person on the phone gave me multiple excuses. None of which were valid. He was constantly treating me as if I were incompetent, and he even hung up the phone on me, while I was in the middle of a sentence. In my opinion I would avoid business with them at every cost possible. They need to learn the basics of customer service.

What Tiffany doesn't state is that community she lives at requires a parking permit to park on property and gives the residents a way to temporarily register their vehicles so they are not towed. Network Parking only enforces policies that the management dictates and vehicles removed from property are in violation of those policies.
Tiffany signed the policy and understood the consequences of violating the parking addendum. At no time do we engage in arguments and clearly state that any abusive or inappropriate language will terminate the call.
Unfortunately Tiffany feels that Network Parking has to acquiesce to her demands in order to meet with her approval. If we decline her demands then we are considered rude and unresponsive. Additionally all calls are recorded and can be requested for review by management if we were as stated we would not continue to service the properties we have been contracted with.

This company has the worst management/owner I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I called JOHN to speak to him regarding my car that he towed within 4 hours of me purchasing it and he had the most rude and unprofessional demeanor of anyone I can recall ever speaking with in my life! If you can avoid working with this company, I recommend you try your hardest!
