Tried Azul for the 3rd time...Keep trying to give it another chance...But again the food was not good whatsoever...Mistakes with the order and unprofessional wait staff top out the negatives...The outdoor patio area is nice for a drink...But go elsewhere to eat!

Pros: patio area

Cons: Food...Service...

Don't let one bad review dissuade you. We brought a group of 10 women on a busy Friday night. The manager welcomed us at the door, found us seating and checked back regularly. The full menu is available in the upstairs bar, just ask. We enjoyed the upstairs bar and upstairs patio that overlooks Palm Canyon Drive. The tuna sashimi appetizer was great, as were the flatbreads. The mac and cheese was more cheese than mac, but good quality ingredients made it a cheese lovers treat. Decent wine by the glass list and the bartenders were polite and helpful. Friendly crowd and would return to sit downstairs on the patio and try more of the menu. Would definitely return.

Pros: attentive service and good menu

Cons: Upstairs bar can get loud

A restaurant/bar littered with drunken loser townies that serves marginal dishes but doesn't skimp on attitude. The bartenders don't know how to mix drinks, the servers over-charge the bills and blame the guests for mistakes... and the last straw was losing my credit-card when I left a tab open at the bar. I didn't even move from the same spot once (for only two drinks mind you). I left my business card for the bartender/manager to call me the next morning should they find my card before I go through the trouble of canceling and reordering a new card, but nope, nothing. Serious lack of professionalism and customer service. Skip this joint... don't bother.
