Fletcher Jones Motor Cars Inc

I have been a loyal customer of Fletcher Jones since 2004.... I am on my 2nd vehicle from them and they really take care of me.... The Newport Beach location is where I got both of my Benz's..... I just recently moved to Honolulu, HI and found out the Benz dealership here is also a Fletcher Jones.... Just recently had my Benz serviced and nothing but outstanding service also here in Hawaii..... Fletcher Jones has been nothing but great for me..... No one else even compares..... Denise Banner and Dan Schmidt are so helpful and are like family to me... Proud to be a Fletcher Jones Mercedes Owner !!!!!!!

In about 2006 when I was 12 years old my Family and I went to go 'car hunting' we found this beautiful dealership. And I helped my Family pick out the best car possible and even though we weren't able to purchase the car since we bought a new home it just wasn't in our budget. But the main point is no matter what wealth you are Fletcher Jones can Make it happen even though it wasn't in our budget they managed to pull things through and now we own a GL 450 Premier Edition. Since I was young Fletcher Jones was a friendly dealership making car buying fun and affordable with no waste of time hassle. But Until today now that I'm 15 I still do.

Purchased a CLK over the weekend and I must admit I was a little afraid at first due to the recent reviews of FJMBZ but I soon changed my mind with the professional service my wife and I received, I will from this point forward always purchase my autos from this company. Truly a 5 star experience. Thanks to all ! I will recommend all my family and friends.

not impressed. I truly cannot stand car salesman so I attempted to get some pricing online for a 2010 S550 with Fletcher Jones. I don't want my time wasted and I wont tolerate pressure. I explained all this in email. I was just told I need to come in. 3 times. I have purchased many vehicles this way and no other dealers have problems giving pricing over email. My credit is perfect, I know what I want. This dealer obviously has a plethora of business and don't need mine. I will be looking elsewhere. The millions of dollars they spend on advertising I'd expect more

Simply a step above the rest: began my relationship with fjmbz in 2001 with an sl500 and have purchased or leased 5 additional cars since then ( total of 6 in 8 years); Thomas and andreas are just gentlemen and patricia in the finance dept is just a class act ; steve henry in service is always accountable and goes out of his way ; i dont understand why some people are giving these guys a bad wrap' maybe they should evaluate their expectations; I'll be back in 10 mos to get another car and wont even bother to look at other mbzdealers because there is more to it then just the purchase; Thanks for simply being the best

We're on our third car from Fletcher Jones Mercedes and headed back soon for number four. The selection is amazing, the building beautiful, the cars speak for themselves. What stands out the most for me is the aftercare. The service at FJM is excellent and I recommend service adviser Rick McClellan particularly highly.
