This is not the first time we've had problems with Lenscrafters. Today, we went in to get a prescription for contact lenses. My son and I both wear contacts and I made it perfectly clear that we purchase them through a separate vendor. We only wanted to get prescriptions. The eye doctor tried everything she could to convince us that contacts are no good and that we want glasses. We she failed that, she wouldn't write prescriptions because my son's eye was sore and she wanted to write him a prescription for glasses and give him antibiotics. She was not going to write a contacts prescription for him. Shame on me for giving them a third chance to make it right for us. Don't patronize them -- you will regret every minute of it.
